Zizkov Television Tower
The Žižkov Television Tower is the tallest structure in Prague (216 m), built in the 1980s. It is one of the most recognisable elements of the city skyline.
The tower has an observation deck offering a wide view over Prague and its surroundings. It serves both as a television transmitter and a tourist attraction.
A distinctive feature of the tower are the sculptures of “babies” by David Černý, which crawl up the structure and give it a unique, contemporary character.
