Lucerna Passage
Lucerna Passage is one of the most distinctive arcades in central Prague, near Wenceslas Square. The complex was built in the early 20th century and is one of the oldest shopping arcades in the city.
The best-known feature of the Lucerna is David Černý's sculpture depicting St. Wenceslas sitting on an upside-down horse. The installation is a contemporary comment on the traditional statue on Wenceslas Square.
The complex also houses a cinema, a concert hall and cafés, making the Lucerna an important place in Prague's cultural life.
